In keeping with recognition of the need for Truth and Reconciliation, we acknowledge the historic location of our meeting on the traditional territories of Indigenous Peoples included in the Upper Canada Land Surrenders, specifically Treaty 2,1790 and Treaty 3,1792.

Long before European settlers came to this land, the area was the traditional home of the Anishinaabe, Mississauga, Attiwondweronk, and Haudenossaunee people.  We acknowledge the rights, dignity and well being of the indigenous peoples of the world, and we are grateful to participate in the stewardship of this land which is currently home to the communities of Munsee-Delaware First Nation, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, and Oneida Nation of the Thames.

MISSION: To support clients and communities through advocacy and action to achieve their goals for health and wellbeing.
VISION: Resilient communities, where every one has equitable access to quality care for their health and wellbeing.

Core Values

Grounded in a community development approach, we are committed to:

Equity, Excellence, Accountability, Creativity and Collaboration
